Terms & Conditions
Cash, Credit Card, Checks (payable to Hutch Kids Child Care Center).
Please do not bid if you cannot pick up the designated items within 30 days of the close of the auction. If items need to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for the cost of shipping. All items are sold as is. Hutch Kids Child Care Center tries to be as accurate as possible when listing items and their conditions and descriptions. All descriptions are matters of opinion made in good faith. If you have questions about an item, please ask before bidding. Your bid is a legal binding agreement between Hutch Kids Child Care Center and you. There are no warranties expressed or implied. Hutch Kids Child Care Center will not be held liable for deletions or omissions. Once a bid has been accepted, it cannot be retracted.
All sales are final. Please be sure to inspect items on receipt. Once you have accepted an item it is yours and may not be returned or contested under any circumstances.
Hutch Kids Child Care Center employees are allowed to bid on auctions.
Hutch Kids reserves the right to cancel an auction at any time for any reason.
You may place your bid using the "BID" button on the bottom of each auction item. Fill out the form and view the spreadsheet for recent bids.
We will contact the winning bidder directly. If you have any questions, please call (206) 667-5983.
You may pay using any major credit card at Hutch Kids Early Learning Center. You may also write a check to Hutch Kids Early Learning Center with your bid amount. All items must be paid before picking-up at Hutch Kids Early Learning Center. You may also arrange to pay for shipping by calling or emailing Hutch Kids.

All proceeds from the auction will go towards the early care and education program at Hutch Kids. The Parent Teacher Committee will determine how the proceeds are distributed.
